Strategy First have released new screenshots for their expansion to Legion Arena.
Strategy First has released new screenshots showing off their progress on their fantasy-based expansion to Legion Arena, Cult of Mithras. (review) Set in the boundaries between history and mythology, Cult of Mithras will introduce mythological horrors to the popular ancient Roman real time strategy game. Additionally, Strategy First has boasted that their latest expansion will also include 35 new battles and a whopping 7 new campaigns to keep the player busy fighting the mythological evils of the night.
Additional features:
- Battles are now linked, preventing between-battle healing. This adds a whole new layer of strategy. The cost of a soldier is now a real consideration.
- 5 new unit types including Fire Demons, Shadow Warriors and Ghost Legions
- New graphical effects
- New specialist equipment
- Bolts onto Legion Arena allowing players to take their personalized armies on new adventures
