Hearts of Iron Platinum Completed

The re-released version of the World War II strategy game is now completed.
Paradox Entertainment announced today that Hearts of Iron: Platinum Edition (review) had gone gold. This newly updated version of the popular World War II grand strategy game includes the original game plus a series of patches from the past two years. This new Platinum Edition adds a new scenario, new events, an improved and updated AI, a revised manual, and several other fixes and gameplay adjustments included in the patches.
Hearts of Iron: Platinum Edition is planned for release in North America this September 21st, followed closely by releases in the UK and Australia later in the month. The game is priced at $20.
