| When a game is started from within a game room BattleHQ will automatically start the game for everyone in the room. In most cases the client will automatically have the game launch options set when connecting to the server. However, sometimes it is necessary to set or modify these settings yourself.
BattleHQ Client must be configured to know the location of the game and any possible parameters so that it can start it. To configure a game open the configure dialog from the 'Configure' menu at the top of the client.
If the game you are playing supports DirectPlay select the "Use DirectPlay" option. From the combo-box select the appropriate game.
If the game you are playing does not support DirectPlay select the "Do not use DirectPlay" option. Then enter the location of the game executable that goes with this game lobby. If desired use the Browse button to assist you in finding the game's executable file. You can also enter any command line parameters that this particular game accepts. Under 'Server Options' enter any parameters desired for hosting a game. Under 'Client Options' enter any parameters required when joining a game. When completed BattleHQ will now start the game automatically when the game is launched.
